Privacy Policy:

olivejuice designs will never sell or give out your personal information to third party companies or mailing lists.

Ordering/Payment Options:

The best way to order is through our website shopping cart, we accept Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express, we also offer secure payment through Paypal or Google checkout, both free online payment systems. However, you may also contact us to discuss a custom order, questions, or place an order via phone.  We do accept mailed checks and money orders.  The order will ship when payment has cleared.  We would be happy to talk with you and answer any questions that you may have.

Return Policy:

We know that you are going to be very happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns on unused items within 30 days of you receiving them.  However, all personalized pieces that are made by hand for you are one of a kind, we are sorry, but we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. This includes jewelry, photo bookmarks, photo keychains, memory boxes if they've been personalized, and our scrapbook photo journal.   For any returns, please send us an email or call us to get a return authorization code.  Once we receive your item unused, we will gladly refund your money in full.

Gift Wrapping:

All of our products and packaging are made with recyclable fibers.  Every item will come wrapped in recycled decorative leaf pattern tissue paper and raffia to give it that special gift wrapped look, without all the unnecessary waste.  If you would like us to include a gift card for someone, please let us know and we will be happy to include one free of charge.

Delivery:

Please keep in mind that every one of our products are handmade by us and take a few days to create.  We will send you an email to let you know when your items have shipped.  We ship everything by USPS.  Shipping is always FREE.   All of our items will arrive to you within 3-10 business days, however, if you need them sooner, you do have the option of hurrying your package along for an extra shipping fee.  Just choose the expedited shipping option when checking out. 

Care for your jewelry:

All of our jewelry peices are made by hand using geniune .925 sterling silver. As with all sterling silver, pieces will tarnish, but can be easily cleaned using any standard silver polish or polishing cloth. Your photos are protected by a water proof coating, so no need to worry about taking them off to shower or swim. 

Which photos work best:

As with all of our products, there are no hard and fast rules.  We recommend you choose a picture that is special to you and speaks to your heart.  We can only use JPeg formats, so please make sure you are sending that format only.   You can send your pictures to us at admin@olivejuicedesigns.net.  Please include your order number in the subject line, and we'll do the rest.
